Remove time from WBS Gantt Chart start/finish dates

The projects we manage don't require times on our start and finish dates. It seems that the fields we're using are just date picker fields, not Date/Time picker fields.

We have the Default Duration-Effort Adjustment mode set to Manual. 

We're still getting a time on the Gantt chart screen when editing the date. Is there a way to turn this off?

Unfortunately, there is no ability to turn off the time displayed when editing dates on the Gantt Chart screen.
