Remove story point field filling requirement for sub tasks.

I put validation for story points so user can not move tickets from to do to in progress without filling story point field, now when user creates sub-task it is applied for sub-tasks too, can I remove that rule/validation from sub-tasks so that user can move sub-tasks without filling sub-tasks story points field.

Yes. You need to associate a different workflow to the subtask issue type.

• copy the workflow and name it
• edit the copy under the inactive workflows
• remove your validators and any other desired changes
• back in your project workflows screen Add workflow - existing 
• find your new workflow and select it and associate to your subtask issue type
