My company changed names. We we first stood up Jira in 2015, I started our Jira account under my previous email address. I need to move everything over to my new email address. I created a new account for the new email address and gave myself the needed permissions. I went to delete my previous account and have not been able to do that.
I logged in as the old user and tried to remove myself from the site-admins group. That is not an option.
I tried logging in as my new site-admin/org admin account, going into Administration / Users / and the "Revoke Site Access" is available, but when I click it, it says "Unable to revoke site access." I tried removing my old account from the site-admins group and its greyed out.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
