Remove resource from Default on project creation

Each time I create a new project, there is a resource that defaults to it.  I want to remove this person from the default.  How?

Hi David, 

You can update the default users by going to admin->system->project roles, Then, click   Manage Default Members for a role and remove the default users/groups.
