Remove poor black theme

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have somehow added a poorly executed black theme and would like to remove it.
I cannot find the settings for it anywhere and its been 6 months since we have used Jira ( to which we are now returning), and i no longer want it to operate.
Does anyone know of a "restore to factory settings" button for want of a better word that could remove it or know of this theme and the best way to turn it off?
