Remove comment box icons

Hello, how do I remove the comment 'suggestions' added to the bottom of the comment box.  I need screen real estate not pretty (useless) pictures.

User can disable these from Personal settings  -> Smart replies at end of the page -> Disable

I'm afraid you can't, it's a built-in "experience".
