Remove card from the last column of a Kanban Board

Stephane Genin August 27, 2015

Hi,

We use Kanban to support our maintenance process. In the Kanban board, we have some cards related to questions/incidents that are closed without any code fix. So, they're not linked to any software release.

We would like to remove them from the Kanban board without having to add them to a release. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks

Stéphane

Your Kanban board has a filter, like "project = x and fixversion is empty".  You can modify that, change it to some other criteria to drop things off the board.  Like "project = x and (fixversion is empty or status = closed)".

That one will look a bit odd - when you drag to closed, the issue will vanish without feedback.  You might want to consider other criteria for dropping the cards from the board.
