Remove PRI Spreadsheet attachment

I have clone the PRI but I am not able to delete the PRI spreadsheet from previous PRI. How should I remove the PRI spreadsheet?

What is a PRI? Is it a Jira issue that has a file attachment? Or is it something else? We may be able to help you, but could use a little more context.

Thank you for looking into this. PRI is type of ticket we create in the Jira. Issue is resolved now as I had clone the ticket from someone else's id and that person removed the spreadsheet attached in the ticket. Issue is resolved now.
