Hello @Rob Peters

First clarify whether these are:

normal Atlassian Cloud sites/apps that belong to your organization, or
“discovered” / shadow IT sites created by users from your managed domain.

Your problem is Described here: [AX-416] Prevent non-administrators from creating new Atlassian Cloud Organizations - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Best,

I belief i acidently created those sites. These sites are under the company organization umbrella.

It is getting a quite anying subject I am trying to get ride of all those "schadow IT sites" but it is quite a challange. We are a small organization with max. 50 active users, there are 9 instance pickup of by the schadow IT overview. We have Jira Premium all the rest of the Atllassian product we manage with the standard, I belief only with Enterprice version you are able to manage the creationg of those user sites.

Hello @Rob Peters

What steps are you executing to try to remove of the sites?

What happens when you try to remove the sites?

I cannot find any options to remove the sites. I did stop all the subscirptions of Altlassian products to avoid running into payment issues.

Hello @Rob Peters

From the Organization if you look under Apps > Atlassian apps, have you confirmed there that there are no Atlassian apps associated with the sites?

Clicked through the Manage button next to those sites and then reviewed Connected Apps to make sure that there are no Marketplace apps installed on those sites?

When you complete the request to cancel the subscriptions to products on the site, there will be a delay before it is actually cancelled. The product will remain available until the next billing date. Then there is another grace period where the product is deactivated but it is still possible to reactivate it, in case you change your mind.

You can learn more about canceling subscriptions here:

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/

So, immediately after cancelling subscriptions there is no option in the UI to immediately delete the site. If you want to expedite the process I recommend opening a support case with Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
