Remote Issue links not getting striked for Remote link status TRUE

In Jira Server the Remote Issue links of Issue with [status][resolved] to 'TRUE' will get striked through. This is not happening in Jira Cloud. 

This makes it difficult to identify the Resolved Remote links in Issues. Is there a ticket already raised for this issue?

I'm not aware of an issue regarding the missing strikethrough, however, there is a related one regarding the summary also still missing:

That being said, it seems this might have been addressed in context of fixing remote issue links from third-party apps (rolling out as of 2021-07-26), and I've just been able to submit a link with status resolved=true which is properly styled (it's still ignoring the summary of course):

So given this fix is not mentioned anymore in the current changes, it might have been rolled out to everyone by now?
