I figured posting here might help me out more as google and community searches have not helped out much. I'm trying to use a script runner remote custom listener in Jira to detect an event in bitbucket. All of the application links are properly configured and healthy and I have selected the bitbucket event I'd like to respond to, but I simply cannot get the listener to fire when the event happens. I have followed this example:

and even though it seems like it should be working it isn't. So I'm wondering, does anybody have any tips that they think I should know that isn't mentioned in the documentation? Maybe someone has experienced this before and got it working somehow? Thank you!
