Remaining time estimate for user vs task original estimate

Hi,

I noticed a thing which seems odd to me and I'd like to ask for confirmation whether it's a bug or intended behaviour.

Consider there's a story assigned to User_X. There are subtasks underneath said story. Unassigned or assigned to other users, doesn't make a difference. On backlog view, while previewing workload by assignee ('View summary of assigned work' button) estimates from mentioned subtasks are counted towards 'Remaining Time Estimate' for User_X but don't go towards 'Original Time Estimate'.

I believe they shouldn't in both cases and only time estimated for the story should.

As mentioned initially: is this a bug and if not what's the reason behind it?
