Hi All,
From one of our kanban boards, I regularly cut a new release version in the UI but something has broken in the last week.
My roles/perms haven't changed (I have both Admin and User) but when I click "Release," then "new version," nothing happens.
There's usually a popup that asks for the typical release info (description, etc.). No, I do not have a new popup blocker. :)
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Brent
if indeed nothing has changed it seems like something for Support. I have never had it not work. Short of that my suggestions:
Thanks! Another board didn't work. I'm having one of my folks try...

Sorry, I didn't look and Atlassian Support didn't offer it (not that I expected them to) - here's part of their response:
"...we are currently experiencing a widespread bug that's affecting the functionality of the Release dropdown to use the New Version button within a number of instances in Jira Cloud
I was able to confirm that our Reliability teams are in the process of investigating this issue, and are working on a fix for you as quickly as possible."
