Dear team,
When creating a release and adding issues to it, it take a long, long while before the release appears in Bigpicture, seems to take more than a day sometimes. Is this a bug or a setting or something that I'm missing?
Regards,
Antoine
Do you mean that you create a Jira issue linked to a Release, and then it takes excessively long for the task to appear in BigPicture?
If so, this situation should not take place. The issue should automatically appear in BigPicture immediately after its creation in Jira (or after refreshing the BigPicture tab in the browser if you use BigPicture 7). In this case, I invite you to raise a support ticket via our Service Desk so that our experts may investigate it.
I hope that this helps.
Best regards,

Hi Mateusz,
Yes, indeed it takes very long for a release to appear in the bigpicture plugin. Sometimes btw, it doesn't show up at all, which is really awkward.
The issues could be due to some implementation of our bigpicture programs. I found out that if I make a new program, the releases DO show up. But in existing programs they do not.
Best guess would be that during the creation of a new bigpicture program all items/tickets inside are scanned. But that this does not happen when the program needs updating?
Thanks and regards,
Antoine

Thank you in advance.
