Release Notes for Jira v8.20.16

Hi Everyone, 

Does anyone know how to create an automatic release notes but using a word template for this JIRA version?

Jira v8.20.16

We have a link "Release Notes", and we have the possibility to change between txt and html but the outcome is "awful" as you have to do a manual work to copy it into a real document to be able to share that document with your team and/or the customer.

Hello @Guadalupe Martinez and welcome to the Community!  I don't believe this is possible OOB but there are some add-ons available here.  We use Release Management, which will automatically generate your desired format and publish to Confluence.  Works great!
