Release Burndown has been buggered up by numbers from two separate Fix Versions.
Previously, by selecting Fix Version 1 – Release Burndown report, we used to see only tickets and information relating to Fix Version 1.
However, because of the fact we are running another sprint in parallel called Fix Version 2; the numbers in the Release Burndown report are no longer realistic because Jira has been mixing up the two releases Fix Version 1 and Fix Version 2.
Following comments and suggestions in the Jira Cloud community to resolve this problem, we already reopened the Fix Version 2 sprints, re-classified tickets for the Fix Version 2 fix version, removed tickets and, completed the respective sprints.
Despite our efforts, Fix Version 2 sprints continued to appear in the Release Burndown combining numbers with Fix Version 1.
