Hi,

We are facing high memory utilization on window server where JIRA Instance is installed. memory provided to JIRA instance 32 GB. when any custom reports run or in backend any service running, instantly memory goes up & server goes down. Please suggest can we proceed to increase the RAM or is there any other issue.

You'll need to look at these "custom reports" and "backend services" you have added and see what they are doing.
