Regx for short description

Hi Team,

We are creating Jira ticket through SNOW.

This is the Short Description:

"INC3133754: GO [DISY] Abnahme R70 UAT [F22_Miro_Test: Test TEST TEST incident for Testing]"

This is the Regx : matches = (body =~ /(?<=INC\d{7})(.*)(?<=\:\s)(.*)/);

But Middle part between both the ":"  which is (GO [DISY] Abnahme R70 UAT [F22_Miro_Test) is not coming while ticket is created. Only end part is coming.

Can you please give me the proper Regx or guide me what I am doing wrong.
