Regarding server to cloud migration

Hi Team,

We would need support to migrate our existing Jira software hosted in server to Cloud. We have already done partly. But we have doubts in a few things.

1. User login issues from server to cloud.

Moreover, our existing Jira software expires on Feb-11 and we need to extend it for 10 days to complete the migration process.
