Regarding my customer's SEN-number

How are you today?

Actually, one of my customer(NCSOFT Corp) just received one email from your company about renewing their JIRA license.

The SEN number is SEN-3905244.

But, the main contact of this company asked me to check this SEN-number because he can't find this SEN-number in his records.

So, can you let me know which email account is tied to this SEN-number?

After than, he can try to decide if they will need to renew it or not.
