Regarding importing work items from team managed to company managed project in JIRA without loosing the Parent child relationship.  could you please help regarding this.

Please confirm how you plan to migrate the issues from the Team-Managed to the Company-Managed Project.

If you plan to bulk move them, then you can use a JQL to list the work items along with the child issues and then make sure you map both the parent and child issues to the destination project:

If you plan to use CSV import, then you need to make sure to map the issues as per the below page:
