Regarding automating creating issue in different projects

Regarding automating creating issue in different projects

I am facing an issue. I created a global rule and want it to apply to every project. My goal is to clone the ticket to a different project after creating it and set the labels to "All Projects." However, I don't want the issue to be cloned to the project where the ticket was originally created. Could you please help me with this?
