Hello Team,

Do you have a step-by-step guide on how to restore production data to our existing test instance? We have Jira running on four nodes and Confluence on 2 nodes. We are looking for guidance specific to a Data Center environment.

I was referring to this document (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/creating-a-test-environment-for-jira-966063324.html), but we are looking to restore the production data to the existing test instance; there is no need to set up a new test instance. What exact steps should we follow?

Thank you!

Hi @Lakshmi CH ,

documentation provided in your answer is exactly what you need to do in order to refresh your test instance with production data.

You need to setup a new test instance in order to put in place what you need.

Hope this clarifies,

Fabio
