Reformatted Phone, no Verification App, no Recovery Key, Can't Get Human Support

I know that this link has already asked the same question I have. But it's really frustrating since I cannot get to the support I needed.

I formatted my phone and have lost recovery key. I need assistance in recovering my work account.

- I don't verification app, even if I install it, Atlassian isn't on it

- I don't have recovery key, I lost it

- I can't seem to find the link to that "Can't find your recovery key?" URL

Please help and please stop making our lives miserable, Atlassian.

This is not an Atlassian problem. 

You did not save your recovery settings for your authenticator, as you were told to by both Atlassian and your verification app vendor.

You will need to talk to your administrators of your work account so that they can tell you how to start from scratch.

I cannot tell you, I don't know what your authentication program is, and even if I did, I'm not an expert in that, and would be of no more use to you than a search engine.  (I am allegedly an Atlassian expert, but this is not an Atlassian problem, as I said before)

I manually typed in the recovery key instead of using Google lens to capture the text and pasting it. It works. But now, I can't add Atlassian to my Authenticator app.

There's not a lot we can tell you - it's your authenticator app, you haven't told us what it is, or how you are trying to "add Atlassian", so we're stuck.
