Reflecting "Original Estimate" in ticket field to Jira Plan

Fritzie Quizon
August 5, 2024

Hi!

I would like to ask regarding some issues we encountered.

The "Original Estimate" field is in the ticket itself, but i cannot add it to Jira Plan, when I add the "Original Estimate" field in Jira Plan, the original estimate details in the ticket is not reflecting in Jira Plan.

The Jira Plan has Estimates but it is measured by Days.. we need to measure it by hour.Screenshot 2024-08-05 at 4.37.38 PM.png

Hi @Fritzie Quizon

Welcome to the community.

Change the Estimation in your plan settings from days to hours.

Hi @Fritzie Quizon

Is the field used in the project that relates to the plan where it's no showing?

Check the fields drop-down in the pan, is the field selected?
