Reference another issue

Is there a way to have an issue reference another issue then have another search on top of it.

For example issue 1 = current sprint for all members

issue 2 takes issue 1 and then filters by user

Issue 1 = Current Sprint for all members

Are you trying to search for all issues in the current sprint?
