Redirected to Dead link while updating Workflow.

I am facing an issue will updating the workflow of jira. While I try to edit the workflow it is redirecting me to “Oops,you’ve found a dead link” page and “Sorry,we had some technical problems during your last operation page

1. Goto settings.
2. Click on workflows.
3. Edit any workflow.
4. Goto to diagram mode.
5. Add a transition.
6. After transition is added click on post functions of that transition.

There does not seem to be anything wrong here - you click on the post-functions and it goes to the display/edit of them

Thanks for the response. But It is redirecting me to a dead link with an error where I am unable to set post functions to selected transitions.

If there is a dead link, you have something wrong with your network - it's blocking access to the pages in Jira.
