Recurring Ticket - embed clickable link in ticket description

Hello,

- Jira Cloud

- I am looking to embed a link to a sharepoint document link in the ticket description.

- Specifically, when the ticket is auto-generated I have custom text in the ticket which also has a link in it.

- When I set this up, the link comes through as text as jira doesn't recognize it is a link like in a normal ticket and format it.

How can I get the link in a recurring ticket to be a clickable link?
