Recover my Old data of the previuos JIRA account

I have had a JIRA account for a long time, and I've stopped using it for a while. The thing is, today I try to log into my account and realize that the information no longer exists. How can I revert to the previous version of JIRA or recover all that information? Thank you.

I supose that when JIRA update their platform, my data were deleted.
