We used JIRA a couple of years back for a project, and our domain was registered / verified at that time. Since then, we've used a few other tools but are coming back to use JIRA once again for our Project Management processes. We are a CLOUD JIRA user, to be clear.
Sadly, our domain (example.com for the purposes of demonstration only) was used when we did that initial set of licenses, which resulted in our JIRA "company" pointing to example.atlassian.net and I can't seem to figure out how to reinstate the simple "example" prefix to our account. To clarify as well, I'm logged in using the exact same email address / domain as the account used 2 years ago - so I'm surprised we "lost it".
I'd hate to have to just make something up, when I know we had "example" as our company domain, 2 years back. Is it possible that another Example company from around the world has claimed the company domain??
Thanks for any suggestions you can offer!
Thanks Jack ... I had issues finding the official support page, so thanks for helping out!
