Reconfigure from SSL to TLS 1.2 and later versions

I need to Reconfigure following apps in Server for customer: 

Crowd 4.4
Jira 8.2
Confluence 7.13.7

Apache server

The tasks are:

• Disable SSL 2.0 and 3.0.
• Disable support for TLS 1.0 & 1.1.
• Enable support for TLS 1.2 and/or 1.3

Anyone one else with similar experiences ? 

I couldn't find a proper guide for the TLS 1.x Parts. 

From what I understand that this involves my server.xml file but I can't find a proper guide for this. 

The only guide I find this LINK  which might be relevant. 

any pointers?

I'm looking for more specific scenarios or examples for the ATL apps.
