Recommendations Jira Software

Hi guys,

I'm new here and would like your opinion regarding the setup of Jira and add-ons.

Our organization would like to have a software to register all projects and manage all UAT testing from creating the script, providing screenshots to have our Internal Audit review the test and recommended Mgmt. if GO or NO-GO.

I have experience using Jira though one of our vendor and Mgmt. instructed me to implement same, so I registered for JIRSA SOFTWARE and added TM4J (Test management 4 Jira), so I think we are good however since there are so much software's and add-ons, I would like your opinion if that the best setup.
