Hi,
I'm receiving email notifications when I'm tagged in a Jira ticket, but the message preview in Outlook is blank. It only displays the Jira number and a link, so we have to click into each Jira to view the comment. Previously, we could see the message content directly in Outlook, which made it easier to review.
All of my colleagues are experiencing the same issue.

It seems like Jira email notifications might be missing comment content in the preview. To fix this:

That's not the solution. We have one user who receives mails with comments, some other who don 't see comments. I suppose those are not global settings. But I can not find where in Jira to change settings so we could receive old emails- with comment text
