Receiving an error when trying to create a column on a board

Good afternoon,

     I am receiving an error when I try and add a column within a board for a few of my projects and I am not able to find a ton of information on it. Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Josh Barnes 

It's hard to say, but at first glance, I can say that your Jira application user does not have the necessary permissions on your database. As far as I can see, the sequence could not be created and when inserting data into the table it gives an error "no sequence". The application user should have altering table permissions. So, please contact your database administrators.
