Receiving Error rendering com.bontronsoft.jira.issuematrix: after upgrading Jira 9.4.10 to 9.4.14

After upgrading Jira (DC) from 9.4.10 to 9.4.14 we are getting the following error when trying to update issues

admin.errors.exception.com.atlassian.cache.CacheException:java.lang.RuntimeException: com.botronsoft.jira.issuelist.impl.customfield.confugration.migration.ModelMigrationException: Unable to to Migrate model version 1.7

Also getting this error are issue matrixes no longer render
