Receiving Error 500 Connection reset on sending https post request to our web server

Hi team,

We are working with an application hosted on Azure Cloud server and anytime we send a web request through our jira it gives 500 connection reset and the same if we sent thorugh postman it works , we checked firewall network and all seems open and we are clueless

Also we worked with different jira envs and opening the firewalls seemed to solve the issue
