Receive error message when adding user to space

I am receiving the following error message when I try to add a user to a space.

We can't add anyone right now. Contact your admin for help.

Hello @Monica Belle ,

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

1. Can you check if you have reached your Jira license limit?

2. Please validate if user has valid jira license

3. You can run a HAR logs and understand where its failing. On your browser -> three dots -> Developer tools -> Perform the user adding operation

Notice the logs when it fails and check the Response

Hi Monica,

These types of errors tend to be browser related. Try clearing your cache, or use with Incognito or Private window mode. Or try with a different browser and see if you still get the error.
