welcome to the Community and, yes, unfortunately this looks like a very unpleasant start.

Is this still happening when you try to login? If so, please report back here.
It could have several causes but for the first I would recommend going to incognito mode in your browser, just to rule out is has something to do with the local installation.

Probably it just works meanwhile, then it could be that the setup just needed a few minutes more than expected.
