Rebuild Agile Issues correctly

We stat with Jira 4.x and testet Greenhopper. We didn't needed Greenhopper that time und deactivate ist nd killed the Epic issue from the list.

Now we upgraded to Jira 6.2 with Agile and need the Agiles issues in the system. During the Upgrade the issues were not set up. We tried to do it manually, but the workflow didn't fit/work like on a clean installation.

How to bring back Agile correctly?

Did you take a moment to perform a full locked re-index after installing Agile?

Please take a look at the page above. We always recomment a re-index after major system configuration changes, such as installing Agile.
