Reassign Jira ticket on move

My company uses Jira for managing several projects with different groups and project leads. It would be highly adventageous to automatically assign tickets to the team lead once a ticket is moved between projects. As it stands whomever the ticket was assigned to in the last project still shows as responsible.

Is there a ready way to accomplish this? I was thinking possibly a custom workflow starting off the move action which changes the assignee?

This plugin might do what you're wanting; I've never used it myself, however, so I'm not sure how well it runs.
