How can be used in JIRA read values from SAP system, please?

Can you explain a bit more in detail what you are trying to achieve?

We've had some good results using External Data for Jira Fields , it allows you to use the SAP (or other external tools) their API to fetch values.

These values can be shown in custom fields/panels on an issue.

If you have a different use case, please elaborate a bit!
