Read-Only Workflow

I can't edit my newly created workflow and workflow scheme. I am an administrator of this Project. Other workflow I can edit except for this one

Only Jira Admins can edit the workflow in Cloud!

Project admin can inspect the workflow for which status the Workflow is mapped, that's it
