Read Only User for 1 or 2 projects only.

I have one (1) User that will be allowed to see only 1 or 2 projects, and Read-Only. What is the EASIEST way to accomplish this. It is only for 1 user and only for 1 or 2 projects. Thanks for you help.

Are you primarily using Groups for Roles, or individual users? If individuals OR this individual you're trying to give view-only permissions to, then perhaps create a new Permission scheme to call out a specific person or group with Browse permissions in the scheme.
