My account: marianafarcas.atlassian.net has been deactivated due to inactivity. I have tried to reach out to the different links, following the steps the website is recommentding, but unsuccessful. Kindly help me out to reactivate it please. I will make sure not to leave it idle for long period of time as suggested in previous answers.

Thanks for reaching out. I did try the provided link, but I could not get anywhere. Perhapts it's me, not that great at following the steps. Once I put on my account details on "Account Login..." , it sends me to the community notes here or documentation. I could not see where I can specifically go/reach out to address my issues. Might be the reason I do not select the right section for help? Perhaps I am not following the right steps? Thank you so much for your help, much appreciate it!

Can you please check this once
Use the same Atlassian account you used for marianafarcas.atlassian.net to log in to admin.atlassian.com and check if the website shows up under Products with a Restore or Reactivate option.
The
Look for emails concerning site suspension or deactivation due to inactivity in the inbox (and spam) of the address associated with that Atlassian account. These emails may provide a reactivation link that is only active for a short period of time (often 30 days).

If you are still able to access your Atlassian account but not the website, this typically indicates that the website has been suspended or disabled.

Thank you for your help. When login in with my account to admin.atlassian.com, none of these (Products with a Restore or Reactivate option) shows.
Instead it shows marianafarcas overview page, on it shows:
and so on....
Underneath the Overview, we have the following options:
Directory
Apps
Security
I am trying to explain the page that directs me once I sign in into the admin page using my account. I hope this explanation is not confusing even more :(
The email I received, do kot have any reactivating link, not any emails in spam folder:(
