Hello! My Atlassian organization `sheregeda.atlassian.net` was deleted due to inactivity, and I hope it can be restored.
Could an Atlassian Team member please reactivate my Jira organization?
Thank you in advance. Please let me know if you need any additional information to process this request.

Hello @sheregeda ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian community :)
I checked in the backend and I am able to see that the Jira app has been deleted, and the Billing Account has been marked as inactive as well. After a subscription is deactivated, there is a data retention period of 60 days.
You must have received multiple notifications that the subscription will be deactivated on Jun and May. On 18th June, you have received an email informing that Jira subscription will be deactivated due to inactivity.
As the subscription cannot be reactivated, you can start a new trial period for Jira applicaion through our Atlassian Try page.
Thank you!

Can you use a different user account to login and create a site instead of the one currently using?
Thank you

I only have one email and user account for login.
Could you please escalate my issue to the team and help resolve this bug?

We would need a ticket to further check and work towards it. Can you click on "contact support" on the error message and fill in all the details and create a support ticket?

Hi @sheregeda ,
You could try to navigate to admin.atlassian.com (probably under Billing) to see if you could reactivate it from there.
I'll also reach out to the Forum support team to see if they can help out.
Note that there are data retention periods:
After a site is deactivated (for example, due to missed payments or cancellation), your data enters a retention period:
Trials: 15 days
Free, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plans: 60 days
...
During the deactivation period (14 days for site deletion), users cannot access the site or its data, and the site is scheduled for permanent deletion.
So, if your site is still within the deactivation or retention window, you may be able to recover your data.
Also, no sites are deleted without prior notification (delivered by email to the Organization administrator).
Cheers,
Tobi

I noticed this page doesn't have a reactivate button. Could you please tell me what I should do? I'd appreciate your help!
