Hello Atlassian Team,
I recently received an email stating that my Cloud site will be deactivated due to inactivity. I am unable to access the site URL to reactivate it myself, and as a Free user, I am directed to the community for support.
My site URL is: martinhuawei25-1760085767571.atlassian.net
I urgently need this workspace for my development project. Could a member of the support team please help me reactivate it before the data is permanently deleted?

To attempt to reactivate the subscription follow the guidance here:

Here we are a user community with no direct access to your account or subscriptions, so we cannot reactivate the site for you.
Be advised that Atlassian retains the data for a very short period of time after deactivation. Depending on when you received that message your data may have already been permanently deleted.
