has been deactivated due to inactivity, I wish to get back to working with it. 

Can anyone kindly help me reactivating it?

@Alfred Soeng - reach out directly to Atlassian Support.

  1. Click Contact Us
  2. Choose the option that starts with Billing.

Hopefully they should be able to get you sorted.

Adding to this... When was the subscription deactivated?

Data is held by Atlassian for a limited time after deactivation. It is possible that your data has been permanently deleted.
