My site e-closion.atlassian.net has been deactivated and I'm past the 15-day window. I cannot submit a support ticket because the form doesn't recognize my URL or EN number.
I understand the data may be lost, but I would like to at least restore the organization and recover the URL (e-closion.atlassian.net) so I can recreate my Jira site. Currently, when I try to create a new site with the same URL, I get an error saying the URL is already taken.
The subscription still appears in my admin.atlassian.com/billing under the Inactive tab.
Can someone from the Atlassian team create a support case on my behalf?
On top of what Matteo said (someone should reach out through here), you should be able to raise a request (without URL or EN) through here: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
