We had an account and are wanting to reactivate but are unsure how.  We received a notification that it was deactivated due to no billing informaiton.  How can we reactivate the account we would only like the free version. The URL is glassfusioncollective.atlassian.com.

Your Atlassian site was turned off because there was no billing info. To get it back, log in at admin.atlassian.com,

Go to billing -  subscriptions and press Reactivate. If it still doesnt work, contact  Atlassian Support and ask the, to restore your site on the free plan.

Hi @Sidney Lynch

If you know who the previous organization administrator of your site was, you can try and have them go to https://admin.atlassian.com to see if the site is visible there; if it was cancelled recently, you may have the option to reactivate it

Depending on how long the site has been inactive, you may not be able to recover it if it's been removed.  Your best bet would be to reach out to Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/) to see if the site can be reactivated or if it's no longer available, if the name can be freed up so you can start a new site with the same address.
