Hello,

My account mifino.atlassian.net was deactivated.

I was not able to access it for a while, now I need to access it again.

Could you please advise how to reactivate it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards

Hello @omir85

Were you using a free subscription?

If so, when was the last time anybody accessed the data through the UI?

Atlassian has a published policy of deactivating Free subscriptions that are inactivity for an extended period of time. They will send warning messages to the Organization Admins prior to the deactivation warning that the data needs to be accessed to prevent deactivation. They send another email on the day of deactivation warning that the data will be permanently deleted soon.

If you had a paid subscription, Atlassian would deactivate it if payment failed, and would also send warning emails in this case also.

If you are the Organization or Billing Admin for the subscription you can check if you can reactivate it. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/bill Select Subscriptions, the the Inactive tab. If you find the subscription there with a Reactivate button, you can try that.

If you don't see that option you will need to contact Atlassian directly. Here we are a community of users of the Atlassian products. We don't have access to reactivate other customers' subscriptions. You can contact Atlassian Billing, Licensing, Pricing support here:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Good luck!

Hi @omir85

Sorry to hear your site was deactivated. You can try reactivating it by logging into https://admin.atlassian.com/billing and checking the Inactive tab under Subscriptions.

If the Reactivate option isn’t available, please contact Atlassian support here:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing

Note: Data may be permanently deleted 15–60 days after account deactivation.
